AND THEY SHAMELESSLY EXECUTED A MAN WHO COULD BE INNOCENT

The State of Georgia and particularly that Parole Board bear the burden of their miscarriage of justice.

Let it be known that there is no justice in Georgia…not for a black man who at best was implicated and by now 7 of the witnesses instrumental in his conviction did recant or changed their story…the fact is that in terms of reasonable doubt this leaves a vacuum in our justice system…it is a miscarriage of justice, it is downright murder…it establishes a very dangerous and repugnant precedent in the way we carry out justice. Those responsible will pay the ultimate price as well as their repudiation from the American people and the rest of the world.
