As an American, would you not be insulted?
We have traveled this road before with an incompetent, inarticulate and arrogant President who managed to turn around all the empathy the world had for us after 9-11 and singlehandedly exchange it into disdain and hatred.
We are talking about the arrogance, the lack of respect and it shows also in Presidential hopeful Herman Cain. I can’t imagine the President or Prime Minister of any country being so ridiculously ignorant of the leaders and the countries that deserve our respect and have friendly diplomatic relations with us.
Then as a Cuban-American I was totally indignant that this man had the gumption to pander to the Cuban community and didn’t even know that we spoke Spanish – not Cuban. This man is an idiot.
As I have said before, there are about 200 countries in the world with their corresponding leaders…would it be too much to ask of a Presidential candidate that he memorize all of these like he hopefully memorized the multiplication tables?
And yet, when we heard him talk about electrifying the fence along Mexico; does he not demonize this group of Hispanics and now pretends that the Cubans are not part of this group he has considerable disdain for? Go figure.
Thankfully, Mr. Cain’s fifteen minutes of fame are coming to an end…not soon enough for most of us…he is going the same way Perry, Bachmann, Trump and all the other clowns running for President have ended their aspirations.
I ran into this very interesting chart on the GOP's Presidential hopefuls:
Poor Romney doesn't seem to go above the mid twenties while the only sane one in the bunch, moderate Huntsman can't even get out of single digits.
