Somehow it seems that all these Presidential candidates are totally disconnected with mainstream America.
It is not just their disconnect, it is their focus on issues that are for the most part social issues that may or may not have any impact on our nation’s well-being while ignoring the most crucial ones: unemployment, corporate greed, tax inequity, redistribution of wealth in favor of the wealthy, the dismantling of safety net programs, the diminishing incomes of the lower 99% and these candidates seem to just ignore these things and instead are engaging in debates with insane statements the likes of which we have never seen in Presidential politics.
This Cain guy takes the cake when it comes to offering something so outlandish that if it wasn’t for the fact that he is a contender for the Presidency we would laugh our asses off upon hearing this 9-9-9 bullshit. There hasn’t been one credible, accredited economist who would consider his 9-9-9 plan even feasible let alone have any merit. I think that he has one nine too many and a couple of screws too few.
Then you have the other candidates who seem to be engaging in a contest called “how radical and outrageously right wing can I be?” or put another way: “I am more radical, Bircher, Christian bigot than you”.

And there are some people who are still not sure why there are protests…IT’S THE 99% YOU STUPID!
