It seems that the pulling of advertisers is not getting him out…he is like hemorrhoids…gives us a pain in the ass and hangs on forever. He has gotten away from controversy once before but we have to make sure this is his last.

This is not about free speech but about slander and if you can’t see how there is no difference in calling somebody a prostitute as opposed to a slut and whore because it is the intended slander behind it, then you are no better than Rush…apologies are not accepted in this case and yes, we have free speech in America but we also have libel and laws against slander. But if there is a legal way to prosecute the son of a bitch we should do it. And there may very well be one:

Lawyer: Prosecute Rush Limbaugh for defamation

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. A high-profile attorney is calling for Rush Limbaugh to be prosecuted on a defamation charge, saying an obscure Florida law can be used to punish him for calling a college student a "slut" and a "prostitute" on the air.

Gloria Allred, the famed celebrity lawyer, sent a letter to the Palm Beach County Attorney's Office on Thursday saying prosecutors should consider a charge under an 1883 law making it a misdemeanor to question a woman's chastity.

"He has personally targeted her and vilified her, and he should have to bear the consequences of his extremely outrageous, tasteless and damaging conduct," Allred said in a phone interview Friday.

Limbaugh had no immediate comment on the letter and didn't address it in his radio show Friday. Rachel Nelson, a spokeswoman for Clear Channel's Premiere Radio Networks Inc., said the network had nothing further to add.

Denise Nieman, the county attorney, said she forwarded the letter to the state attorney's office, which handles criminal matters. The state attorney's office had no immediate comment.

Allred focused her efforts on Palm Beach because Limbaugh both lives and broadcasts his show from the county. She cited a state law that says, "Whoever speaks of and concerning any woman, married or unmarried, falsely and maliciously imputing to her a want of chastity, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree."

BREAKING: Rush Limbaugh Syndicator Suspends National Ads For Two Weeks

It is only a two week suspension but it may gain momentum

"Radio-Info.com reports that Premiere Networks, which syndicates the Rush Limbaugh show, told its affiliate radio stations that they are suspending national advertising for two weeks. Rush Limbaugh is normally provided to afflilates for free in return for running several minutes of national advertisements provided by Premiere each hour. These ads called “barter spots.” These spots are how Premiere makes its money off of Rush Limbaugh and other shows it syndicates.
There seems to be already over one hundred advertisers who have pulled out of this human phlegm’s show." 

We have the obligation to the women in our lives and the women across America to put this misogynist out of business. I only feel sorry for the nation of Costa Rica where this low life is going to retire.
