LISTEN REPUBLICANS – I HAVE CLEANED ENOUGH FLOORS ALREADY

I don’t want my grandchildren to be forced to do what I did.

My mom worked as a maid in Coral Gables and while I was in high school I worked cleaning a motor shop…dirty fucking work and they paid me a pittance. Then all through college I waited on tables, cleaned floors, did my stint at several fast food joints and then had the worse job anybody could have: I cleaned the bedpans at Breckenridge Hospital in Austin.

Nobody had any beef with me then Mr. Gingrich while I was cleaning your floor and serving your tables but once I got that degree there were plenty of assholes like you who constructed and maintained that proverbial glass ceiling.

There was a time in my life even after graduation from college where I couldn’t find a job and feed my two daughters… (Reagan years) I had to take a job making minimum wage picking up dead bodies for a funeral home. Never mind that I didn’t fritter away my money, it makes no difference that I declined those lavished vacations and gourmet meals in fancy restaurants…I wanted to save for my old age only to find out when I got there that the mother fucking bankers and Wall Street types decimated my pension. Yes Mr. Gingrich I hold people like you and your fucking Republican party for facilitating the economic crisis and will never let you forget it…I…and the American people are pissed at you and your party…if you don’t believe this, just look out the window of your office and see the amount of people demonstrating for Occupy Wall Street. I guarantee that it is going to get a lot bigger come spring.

What you are proposing Mr. Gingrich is preposterous…to put janitors out of work and replace them with child labor…ignoring and wiping out child labor laws that took us a century to institute into the fabric of our society. Of course, your party’s ideology is to make this country so terribly poor that my grand children will be forced to take those fucking jobs.

Think again asshole because if you succeed in getting the nomination I suspect that the defeat you are going to receive from the American people is going to be a lot more humiliating than that which another radical-right candidate received in 1964; Goldwater was a right winger but not half as radical as your party today nor was he a corrupt, opportunistic and hypocritical politician like yourself; and I am not ashamed to admit that I worked for the Goldwater campaign then…but I saw the light when Kent State happened…repression of free speech just like we are having today.
